Deadline to file for office is Monday December 8, 2025 at 6pm. Call/text 361-238-0335 to schedule a pickup.
You also file your campaign treasurer form with the county elections office.
If you are filing for a multi county position such state board of education, Texas house, district judicial positions, governor, etc you file with the Texas Democratic Party.
The application MUST be properly filled out, notarized and filing fee can be paid with check, cash, money order, or cashier's check. If the check bounces you will be rejected.
